The ” 原風景 Genfukei – Primeval landscape/Urlandschaft” is a world of sensation and abstraction that cannot be expressed by language, and it is a space or a device that exists everywhere and can be connected. Finding the doors that lead there, which appear only in the present moment, trying to express them, and touching them, brings me the source of vigor at the same time as it brings me the cure.
It is not somewhere far away, but at our feet, in our universal daily life. I will work and rest and work again, like a farmer tilling the soil and harvesting the barley. In this repetition, I connect the fragments of my thoughts and weave a landscape.
This is not a mere expression of the accumulation of time, but an awareness of the ongoing “now” that encompasses it as well. By touching the wholeness that is revealed there without any interpretation, the beholder will be able to see the true reality that has been overlooked.
